This Privacy Policy explains how TrackLife ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

The App is designed to be private by default. All data you generate within the App (including habits, expenses, logs, and tags) is stored locally on your device and synchronized via your personal iCloud account.

• Local Storage: Your data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData technology.
• iCloud Synchronization: If you enable iCloud, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud container. We (the developers) do not have access to your iCloud data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To be clear, we do not collect or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your financial details or credit card information.
• Your location data.
• Usage analytics or tracking data (unless you have opted-in to share anonymous crash logs with developers via Apple's system settings).

3. Sharing Your Data

The App includes features that allow you to share specific data lists or habits with other users via iCloud Sharing.

• When you use these features, the data is shared directly between your iCloud account and the recipient's iCloud account.
• We do not intercept, view, or store this shared data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services provided by Apple Inc. to function:

• iCloud / CloudKit: Used for data synchronization and backup. Apple's handling of data is governed by their privacy policy.

We do not use any other third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Facebook SDK) or advertising networks.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, this applies to users of all ages.
